As part of the Development of Salt Industry Project (DSIP), 90 salt producers in Iloilo, Philippines, received hands-on training on artisanal techniques, food safety, and the ASIN Law.
The initiative supports the implementation of the 2024 Philippine Salt Industry Development Act and aims to boost local production while creating new livelihood opportunities in coastal communities.
