Colombian salt giant Brinsa, maker of Refisal and Blancox, will invest up to $100 million in 2025 to boost energy efficiency and technological development—including a new, sustainability-focused salt refinery.
The move brings Brinsa’s total 2024–2025 investment to over $150 million, reflecting the company’s strategy to reduce emissions, modernize logistics, and replace imports while reinforcing its role in national competitiveness.
