Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has issued a formal warning to salt giant Russol, urging it to revise its trade and pricing policies to prevent potential abuse of its dominant market position.
The move follows allegations that Russol denied supply contracts to certain buyers despite having the capacity. The company must now submit a new policy framework or risk regulatory action and fines.
