How it works

A durable modular support structure for organized handling and packaging. Removable components enable transport and reassembly; the source design avoids welding during platform installation.

Its place in the process

The platform organizes silos, transfer equipment and access points in the sizing and storage area. The arrangement should accommodate operating loads, filling and discharge elevations, and safe routes for inspection and maintenance.

Specify the right configuration

Equipment selection starts with your material, the required product and the available site conditions. Share the operating range and layout with PROSALT so the interfaces, dimensions and final specification can be defined for your project.

  • Silo and equipment loads, including stored material

  • Filling and discharge levels and building clearances

  • Operator routes, service access and installation sequence

Final materials, dimensions, drive power and operating targets are defined in the project specification. Product images illustrate the equipment family.

Equipment questions

Why plan the storage platform with the silos?

Stored salt contributes to the structural loads, and silo outlets determine the transfer elevations. Planning both together avoids conflicts between structure, conveying and maintenance access.

Can this equipment be integrated into an existing salt plant?

A retrofit is assessed from the existing process flow, material analysis, available dimensions and utility connections. The upstream and downstream equipment must be reviewed together before the scope is agreed.
