Washing Platform

PROSALT · Salt Washing Plant

How it works

A robust modular platform organizes the washing line. Its removable design allows transport, disassembly and reassembly; the source design requires no welding during platform installation.

Its place in the process

The platform supports the process layout and provides access around washing equipment. Equipment loads, drainage, walkways and the order of assembly are coordinated with the building and the planned maintenance routes.

Specify the right configuration

Equipment selection starts with your material, the required product and the available site conditions. Share the operating range and layout with PROSALT so the interfaces, dimensions and final specification can be defined for your project.

  • Equipment positions and operating loads

  • Available building dimensions and foundation interfaces

  • Walkways, guardrails, lifting and drainage requirements

Final materials, dimensions, drive power and operating targets are defined in the project specification. Product images illustrate the equipment family.

Equipment questions

Can the platform be adapted to an existing building?

An existing building can be assessed using measured dimensions, support locations and equipment loads. Structural design and access requirements must be confirmed for that site.

Can this equipment be integrated into an existing salt plant?

A retrofit is assessed from the existing process flow, material analysis, available dimensions and utility connections. The upstream and downstream equipment must be reviewed together before the scope is agreed.
